The Peninsula House is an exclusive guest house located in Las Terrenas on the north side of the Dominican Republic. The garden surrounding the house is beautiful and well maintained.
The Peninsula House has six junior suites (maximum 2 people per room), furnished with antique furniture and other objects from around the world. The best bed sheets, specific objects to museums and luxury bath products imported from Provence, France, will certainly make all guests feel like kings. The house has two floors.
Below you will find inside, stone patio, where breakfast and dinner are served. There is also a large kitchen where the chef prepares home-lunch and dinner, using only fresh ingredients and refined.
All rooms have A / C, flat screen TV, DVD, music system for iPod, Wi-Fi and access to balcony. Dark wood floors run throughout the house.
The garden is full of exotic palm trees and bougainvillea flowers pink. Here is the saltwater pool and a pool house with bathroom. Breakfast is usually served on the terrace, where you can see the sunrise, or on the patio. Guests can enjoy waking up to the sweet smell of coffee and enjoy freshly squeezed Bavarian fruit juices and fruit plates, etc. (rates include breakfast every day).
Lunch is recommended that the beach restaurant “La Plage”, which is also home to the Peninsula. The restaurant is decorated in the style of the house of the peninsula, although a little more relaxed, which is only suitable for a beach house. The quality of the food and service is at the same level as in the house. The menu is inspired by the ocean and the specialty is fresh fish, seafood, local produce and fruits of the field. After lunch, guests can swim in the ocean and put them on the beach. Sun loungers and towels. Dinner is served in the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the sea. The Peninsula House has its own wine cellar with quality wines to complement the food.
